Q. What Equipment PA and Lighting?

A. Snake Oil carries its own range of professional equipment to satisfy self-contained events. Snake Oil use Electrovoice PA and LED light rig for most music club nights and shows. For large events and festivals, Snake Oil will work with your PA sound and lighting engineers. If you require a tech-spec please get in touch using our contact page.

A. Snake Oil can provide a standard contract in order to meet all the needs of your event.

Q. Interval music?

A. During Snake Oil Medicine Show intervals, Snake Oil can supply music that is in keeping with the spirit of the show. If event organisers want to provide their own interval music, that's OK with The Snakes.

Q. What is a 'Bandito' ?

A. Bandito is a Mexican-Spanish word used to describe a person that lives outside the law. Usually a thief or robber that steals property. Made popular to the American public through a Frito Corn Chips advertisemnt created in 1967 which depicted a stereotypical Mexican bandito. E.G. 'That bandito took off with my horse'!
